Resting ECG

A resting electrocardiogram (ECG), also referred to as a 12-lead ECG, is a routine test that measures the electrical activity of your cardiac muscles. During this examination, small electrodes are attached to your chest, arms and legs to capture the rhythmic impulses that direct your heart's beat.
